Who we are

Percucision is a medical technology company at 4200 Dorchester Blvd., Suite 500, Westmount, Quebec H3Z 1V4. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Our person in charge of the protection of personal information can be reached at info@percucision.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you give us through our forms, plus a small amount of technical information.

• Contact form: your name, email address, organization if you give one, the topic you choose and your message.
• Job applications: your name, email address, phone number and profile link if you give them, your note, your resume and the role you apply for.
• Technical information: a one-way coded version of your IP address, used only to stop abuse such as repeated automated submissions.

Why we use it

We use your information to answer your message, to consider your application for current and future roles, and to keep our forms safe from spam. We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising.

Your consent

When you send a form, you agree to us using your information for the purpose described next to that form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@percucision.com.

How long we keep it

We delete job applications and resumes 12 months after we receive them. We delete contact messages we’ve answered 24 months after we receive them. Records used to prevent abuse are deleted within a day.

Service providers

We use a small number of service providers to run this website. They only process your information on our instructions. Some of them may store information outside Quebec, and when they do, we take steps to keep it protected.

• Website and database hosting.
• Amazon Web Services, to store resumes in Canada.
• Resend, to send emails such as form confirmations.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, to check that forms are sent by people and not bots.

Cookies

This website doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies. Our staff sign-in uses one essential cookie to keep administrators signed in. Cloudflare Turnstile may read technical information from your browser to check that you’re a person.

How we protect it

Information is encrypted as it travels between your browser and our website. Resumes are kept in private storage, and our staff can only open them through links that expire after 15 minutes. Our admin area is limited to Percucision staff.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted. You can also ask how it was collected and who has had access to it. Write to info@percucision.com and we’ll reply within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
